I offer individual, couples, and online therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges. My approach is grounded, supportive, and tailored to your specific needs.
I work with adults across the lifespan, supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, anger, and relationship difficulties. I also have specialist experience in women’s mental health, including the psychological impact of pregnancy, motherhood, and menopause.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I work with those who are ready to commit to understanding themselves more deeply and making meaningful change.
I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mentalization-Based Treatment, and EMDR. Sessions are delivered in English.
